As there are only 250 images in the collection, and 400+ photographers all hoping for a place amongst those images, to have 7 of my photographs selected to form part of the 250 is a real honour.

Latest News:

Tim has just finished travelling on another of his epic Overland journeys. Starting in November 2010, he travelled by road from Gibraltar to Amman. That's a long way, isn't it! But wait a minute, there's more. The route was Gibraltar to Amman, and it was via Cape Town and Cairo. Now that's a REALLY long way, isn't it!

The countries visited included Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroun, Gabon, Congo, D.R. Congo, Angola, Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt, and Jordan. He had originally intended to finish in Istanbul, but the current conditions in Syria make this impossible, so he ended the journey in Jordan.

Tim is now spending the winter in Malaysia and the Philippines, and in between working on a huge backlog of photos, he also hopes to add to his portfolio by photographing the Batad Rice Terraces, the Mount Pinatubo volcano, the colonial town of Vigan, and the Thaipusam festival at the Batu Caves. To see Tim's current location, please visit the Where Is Tim? page.

He'll also be preparing for his next major journey: an Overland expedition from London to Sydney. The countries to be visited will include England, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Tibet, China, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. Now that's also a REALLY long way, isn't it!. To see a preview map of the route, click here. The journey will take approximately seven months, and in that time Tim expects to take many thousands of new images for his portfolio. If you are interested in any specific shots along the way, please contact him.
