GnomePlanet Privacy Policy

Introduction - GnomePlanet collects contact details in the course of our business realtionship with you. The information we store may include personal information such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers. We do not collect or store credit-card information, as our financial transactions are not handled in-house.

The information collected will be used in the normal course of our business realtionship with you. This means that we use stored information when processing customer's purchase orders, in general correspondence with customers and enquirers, in obtaining and responding to feedback generated by customers and enquirers, and in the sending out of occasional newsletters to customers and enquirers. All newsletters carry an opt-out link, which will be strictly honoured.

What about Cookies? - A 'cookie' is a small message given to your web browser by our web server. The browser stores the message in a text file, and the message is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.
