This page shows photographs taken at Taprobane Seafoods (Pvt) Ltd., a modern seafood processing factory at Dankotuwa near Negombo, on the western coast of Sri Lanka. It documents how Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus albacares) are prepared, processed, and packed for the international export market. Most of the tuna processed here is air-freighted to the USA.
